Fredrick P. Niemann, Esq. and Lauren Bercik, Esq. of Hanlon Niemann P.C. attended the 12th Annual New Jersey Elder Law Retreat in Cape May, New Jersey on April 22nd and 23rd. This event attracts the State’s premier Elder Law Attorneys for two days of intensive seminars and discussions in matters relating to Medicaid, Asset Planning, Veteran’s Benefits, Probate, Wills and Trusts, Guardianships and other topical matters to the Elder Law Attorneys in New Jersey. The retreat was held at Congress Hall, a landmark facility, in Cape May, New Jersey in which well over 150 elder law attorneys participated. Fredrick P. Niemann commented that this was by far one of the most informative and successful retreats in the past five years and provided the attendees with a significant amount of new and cutting edge case law as well as insights by prominent New Jersey Elder Law attorneys.
